Ms. Brittany is a certified and registered Occupational Therapist with over 2 years of experience in acute care, working with all ages and serving a wide range of diagnoses. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2020 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Human Development, and graduated from Towson University in 2023 with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.
Brittany’s doctoral capstone focused on Universal Design in housing, which practices the modification of home environments to make them as accessible, functional, and safe as possible for all ages and abilities. Brittany holds an advanced certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
Brittany’s areas of interest include gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and oral motor skills along with universal design and aging in place strategies.
